AutoAPI System is an employment consulting practice in Germany. We help independent workers read permanent offers carefully, close client work without drama, and enter employment with fewer open questions.
How we began
The practice grew from repeated conversations with freelancers who had already decided to accept a permanent post—and then discovered how much logistics sat between acceptance and the first day. Contract language, insurer notifications, and overlapping client deadlines needed a quieter room than a general career coach usually provides.
We stay close to Bavaria for in-person meetings when useful, while most advisory work happens by video with freelancers across Germany. Our office correspondence address remains the registered contact point listed on this site.
Working approach
We prefer written plans over vague encouragement. Sessions focus on your documents, dates, and the people you still need to notify.
- Listen for constraints: start date, household cash flow, Probezeit risk, and client notice rules.
- Translate German employment clauses into decisions you can act on before signing.
- Sequence wind-down tasks so employment day one is not also invoice day one.
- Leave you with a handover summary you can reopen without booking another session.
What we value
Honesty about scope: we are consultants, not lawyers or tax advisors. When a clause needs formal legal review, we say so. When your Steuerberater should lead, we help you prepare the right questions instead of inventing answers.
Respect for craft: freelancers bring specialised skills into permanent teams. Our job is the transition around that craft—not reinventing how you work.
