Freelance contracts, offer letters, and draft Arbeitsvertrag language are reviewed for timing conflicts and risk flags.

Together we write the order of notices, insurer contacts, cash-flow checkpoints, and negotiation points.

Wind-down & negotiation support
Check-ins cover client closings, contract clarity, and conditions talks until your start date is settled.

Handover into employment
You keep a written summary. An optional 30-day follow-up answers early Probezeit questions.
