If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit intake requests. Separate written engagement terms may apply when you book a paid consultation; those terms prevail for the specific engagement where they conflict with this page.

Services described

Content on this site describes employment consulting for freelancers in Germany moving into permanent employment. Descriptions are informational. A consultation begins only after we confirm scope and fees in writing. We do not provide legal representation, tax filing, or regulated insurance brokerage unless separately agreed with a licensed professional.

Intellectual property

Text, design, and materials on this website are owned by AutoAPI System or used under licence. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse site content without prior written consent, except for personal reference copies of materials we expressly provide to you during an engagement.

User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in forms and consultations, and not to misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt servers, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive messages). You remain responsible for decisions you make about employment contracts and freelance closures.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AutoAPI System is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under German law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body, or health.

Governing law
