Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid employment consulting engagements with AutoAPI System (transition advisory, contract clarity sessions, wind-down planning, and offer coaching). Website content and informational fee pages are free to browse; there is no product checkout on this site.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when a confirmed paid session or advisory package is cancelled within the timeframes below, or when we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative. Partial refunds may apply when part of a multi-week engagement has already been delivered.

Timeframe

• Single sessions (for example, Employment Contract Clarity): full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start; 50% refund between 48 and 24 hours; no refund within 24 hours except in documented emergencies we accept in writing.
• Packages / multi-week advisory: full refund of unused fees if cancelled before the intake workshop; after intake, refunds exclude work already performed, calculated on a reasonable time basis.

Deposits

Deposits that reserve a multi-week advisory slot are refundable in full if you cancel at least seven days before the scheduled intake. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit unless we rebook the slot with another client for the same period, in which case we refund the deposit minus a €60 administration fee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Further reschedules or late changes may be treated as a cancellation under the rules above.

No-shows

If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session fee is non-refundable. We may offer one courtesy rebooking at our discretion.

Work already started

Document review, written plans, and completed preparation sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If an engagement ends early by mutual agreement, we invoice only for completed stages and refund any prepaid surplus.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs you approve in advance (for example, room hire for an in-person Bavaria meeting) are non-refundable once incurred. General website use incurs no charge and therefore no refund.

Refund process and method

Email hello@autoapisystem.digital with your name, engagement date, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval.
